The home is warmed by hot-water radiant-heated concrete floors as well as passive solar gain from the large windows. The floor and domestic hot water are both heated by a Triangle Tube Delta Performance Plus gas-fired combination heater. The fireplace is a Majestic SC36A (made by Vermont Castings) with fan-powered circulating air controlled from a wall switch and provides a great deal of additional heating. Water.
